Implementing disciplinary action (when necessary).Dealing with general HR issues such as annual leave, bereavement, maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, timesheets, etc.Organising training and development workshops for new and existing staff.Updating, maintaining and auditing of personal data for all the employees.Writing contracts of employment and sending out offers of employment.Recruiting, short-listing, interviewing and training new staff members.Conducting CRB and driver licence checks.Checking Certificates for authentication purposes.Checking Passports / ID Cards to validate a candidate’s right to work in the UK.Producing HR statistical reports (headcount, absenteeism, leavers, etc.).Providing support to all employees on ‘long-term sick’ or with challenging medical issues and organising their duties appropriately (amending duties, return to work, etc).Participating in meetings, investigations and consultations. ![]()
